is a podcast?
The term "podcast" is
derived from
Apple's portable music player, the
iPod.
Although podcasts are
generally distributed by subscription through a syndication method,
this web page contains audio files that you can either play directly
on your PC using your default media player or download the audio
files and listen in your own time.

To listen to the audio
files directly, simply click on ‘Listen Now’ and the default
media player on your PC will open automatically and start to
play the audio content.

To download the audio
file and save it on your PC, right click on the ‘listen Now’
link then select ‘Save target as’. You can then save the audio
file anywhere on your PC or memory device and listen in your own
time.
